Luxury Dubai Holidays

World renowned for its luxury seven star hotels, golden coast and lavish living, Dubai is considered one of the most luxurious holiday destinations in the world. Discover a world of fine dining, designer shopping, tantalising marketplaces, scorching deserts and breathtaking highrises by booking a luxury holiday in Dubai.

Overview

One of the most luxurious destinations in the world, Dubai combines long golden beaches with world-class hotels, like Atlantis, The Palm Dubai, and the iconic Palm Jumeirah. Discover a world of fine dining, designer shopping, atmospheric marketplaces, indulgent spas, soaring skyscrapers, and perfect blue skies by booking a luxury holiday to Dubai.

Downtown Dubai is host to the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, and the Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment destination. Beyond these famed attractions, you can spend time in the glittering Gold Souk, where there are over 200 jewellers selling their gorgeous wares. Then step outside and watch the spectacular water displays at the Dubai Fountain.

At Jumeirah Beach, you'll find a long stretch of shoreline dotted with iconic luxury resorts, like the unmistakable Madinat Jumeirah Al Qasr. But if you're after a little excitement on your holidays in Dubai, head to the Wild Wadi Waterpark and spend hours on the many rides and attractions. Afterwards, go to The Beach and explore the outdoor complex of high-end shops and restaurants, which offer memorable dining experiences situated right on the beachfront. Old Dubai is where you'll find the traditional heart of the city.

Wander the street markets, gold and spice souks infused with exotic aromas. Take a dhow boat cruise along Dubai Creek, one of the best ways to spot the city's landmarks. Then learn more about the culture and history of the UAE by checking out the Dubai Museum, set in the oldest building of the city, Al Fahidi Fort.

Dive into our luxury holidays to Dubai range and start planning your next truly unforgettable escape.

When To Visit

Dubai has a desert climate, meaning that temperatures rarely fall below 25 degrees - and they can rise to 40 degrees during the summer months. Generally, the best time to visit is between October and March, when the days are cooler.

However, the Emirati are always prepared for the temperatures here, and in summer - June to September - all hotels are climate controlled and come equipped with lavish pools. If you're planning your Dubai holiday during Ramadan, it’s polite to avoid eating and drinking in public until sunset, as Muslims fast during daylight hours.

Food & Drink

The country has an excellent reputation when it comes to its cuisine, meaning that you can enjoy a huge variety of international food prepared by some of the world's most heralded chefs during luxury holidays in Dubai.

Try internationally-acclaimed Japanese restaurants, award-winning Mediterranean fare, Turkish cuisine, Chinese fusion menus and traditional options that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Emirates. Be sure to try the mouth-watering street food too: taste local dishes like Al-Jabab bread, sizzling kebabs, falafel and chicken Machboos, a dish of tender chicken and rice, fragranced with exotic spices.

Passport & Visas

You should carry some identification with you at all times, and keep a photocopy of your passport. A tourist visa is required on arrival. Visit GOV.UK for more advice on passports, visas and travel.
