'All-inclusive wellness getaway'
The BodyHoliday is located on the northwest tip of St Lucia, nestled directly on Cariblue’s crescent beach and surrounded by 42 acres of lush tropical gardens. The Rooms, Suites, Junior Suites and Penthouse have furnished outdoor areas that overlook gardens or the ocean. The emphasis at Bodyholiday is on your mind and body and this centres around the Wellness Centre and Gym which offer detox and de-stress treatments alongside Pilates, yoga and Tai Chi classes. At the beach, water activities include: snorkelling, diving, paddle boarding and sailing and on land tennis, volleyball and an infinity pool is available. The restaurants and bars offer A la Carte and casual drinking and dining options and The Wine Salon ensures guests have perfect wine and food pairings.

The Clubhouse offers drinks and entertainment. The 360° bar is perfect at sunset. Open 09.00 – 12.30
- Tao
Maintaining its AAA Diamond Award, Tao serves a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine overlooking the Ocean. Open for dinner. Reservations required 48 hrs in advance.
- Cariblue Restaurant
Overlooking Cariblue Beach the restaurant serves a buffet menu for breakfast and the lunch menu changes daily and includes influences from the Mediterranean, Asia and Mexico. A La Carte is served six evenings a week and Wednesday evening is Caribbean Buffet with steel band entertainment. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
