Jade Mountain is a celebration of Nick Troubetzkoy’s award-winning architecture and has been built in harmony with its natural surroundings. The Sanctuaries and Suites offer open plan living overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The resort restaurant serves international cuisine and private dining is available in a number of locations including on the Celestial Terrace. There is a spa, fitness centre and for the naughty, a chocolate factory! You can also take advantage of sister resort Anse Chastanet’s restaurants, bars, boutiques, art gallery, scuba, bike, watersports and two soft sand beaches – easily accessible by foot or resort shuttle. No children under the age of 15.

Wrapped around an infinity pool, the Jade Mountain Club serves international cuisine. There is live entertainment on selected evenings. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

- Spoonful of Paradise Culinary Events
The hotel’s chef offers culinary weekend events to showcase St Lucia’s food heritage, these amazing workshops consist of learning, tasting, cooking and eating.
