Set to open Spring 2025, Jumeirah’s most anticipated hotel oozes futuristic elegance through a fluid, ergonomic design that draws inspiration from the super-yachts of the world. Anchored on Jumeirah Beach’s golden peninsula, the sinuous architecture is expertly crafted to complement Burj Al Arab’s famous sail shape, sitting majestically between the former and the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel, to crown Jumeirah’s maritime triumvirate.
Already setting records, the exclusive top-floor penthouse recently sold for $114m, making it Dubai’s priciest apartment. But worry not, penthouse-lovers, the property boasts a further three top-level residences, each with 360-degree views, as well as 385 rooms and suites with extensive terraces. Guests can enjoy five pools, two private beaches, and diverse dining options including Mykonian and Japanese cuisines.
