The LUX* Belle Mare is a member of the renowned LUX Resorts & Hotels group and is situated on the east coast of Mauritius overlooking the Indian Ocean. The tropical gardens and pathways of the resort are home to just 174 suites and 12 private villas that offer residences suitable for both couples and families. Suites come complete with both indoor and outdoor seating areas and bathrooms with free-standing or sunken tubs, as well as walk-in or outdoor showers. The resort has one of the largest swimming pools in Mauritius with a separate dedicated children’s area. There are activities for everyone including yoga, fitness programmes, and tennis, or guests can enjoy a range of water sports including water skiing, paddle-boarding and wind surfing. The Spa has 12 treatment rooms, as well as a sauna, steam room and chilled plunge pool. For dining there are four restaurants, one overseen by Michelin Star Chef Vineet Bhatia alongside four further bars.
