‘Exclusive Lagoon Spanning Two Coastlines’
On a private peninsula, One&Only Le Saint Geran is plotted between lagoon and mountains to the East and the Indian Ocean to the West. Dutch colonial-style architecture includes 142 rooms and suites which provide indoor and furnished terraces, and balconies that face the ocean, beach, or lagoon. The Boathouse on the lagoon offers a variety of water sports – Hobie cats, kayaks, windsurfing and more, whereas Club One is the destination for land sports. It features a fitness centre, tennis, and mini-golf, and is also home to the Kid’s Only & One Tribe. There are three pools, a beach, and a One&Only spa for those who simply want to ‘flop and drop’. There are six restaurants and bars, as well as private dining opportunities for romance or celebration.

Celebrating the island’s multi-cultural history and serves French fare, fresh pizza, and seafood. The dining pavilions sit over the resort’s water features providing the perfect al-fresco experience.
- Tapasake
Situated in a traditional thatched structure on stilts on the edge of the lagoon this restaurant serves Pan Asian foods in a tapas style. Open for dinner. Reservation required.
