Housing two billiard tables dating back over 100 years this room is known as the connoisseur’s heaven for its selection of wine, spirits and Cuban cigars; it also serves a scrumptious international buffet for lunch and dinner plus a lavish Carving Champagne Brunch on Sundays. Open for lunch 11.30 to 14.00 & dinner (Thurs. to Sat.)19.00 to 22.00, Sunday brunch 11.00 to 15.00, cocktails in the Martini Bar 11.00 to 23.00 (Thurs to Sat.)
Long Bar
Needing no introduction, this home of the Singapore Sling now enjoys a décor inspired by the Malayan plantations of the 1920’s and is a must-do when in Singapore. Set on two storeys it also serves an immense selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and features live band performances in the evenings to make the atmosphere as special as the drinks. Open 11.30 to 22.30 for snacks, cocktails served 11.00 to 00.30/01.30
Long Bar Steakhouse
Located on the 2nd floor of the Raffles Arcade, adjacent to the Long Bar this a la carte restaurant features grilled prime cuts of Australian and US beef plus quality fresh seafood. Open daily 19.00 to 22.30
Raffles Courtyard
Built in the tropical setting of an open courtyard, Raffles Courtyard, a timeless structure with white arches flanked by tropical palms and native plants, keeps the feeling of 'Old Singapore' alive. A colonial cocktail bar, a traditional alfresco kitchen, table umbrellas and lively music make the courtyard a pleasant place for patrons to watch the passing parade. The menu includes creations by their Italian chef such as freshly made garden salads, beef carpaccio & hot off the stove pizzas all accompanies by first class wines. Open for lunch and dinner 12.00 to 22.00, Gazebo Bar cocktails 11.00 to 22.30
Raffles Grill
Raffles’ formal dining room beautifully restored with French windows overlooking the Palm Court capturing the true essence of fine dining in its service and classical cuisine which is accompanied by an extensive wine selection. Open 12.00 to 14.00 for lunch Mon-Fri,19.00 to 22.00 for dinner Mon-Sat
Tiffin Room
Defined as a light midday meal, Tiffin is a long standing Raffles tradition and the Tiffin Room was named in 1976 following a long history of colonial times which is adhered to in the provision of the curry buffet immensely popular with residents and visitors alike. Open 07.00 to 10.30 for breakfast, 12.00 to 14.00 for buffet lunch, 15.30 to 17.30 high tea, 19.00 to 22.00 buffet dinner.
Writers Bar
Located in the stunning lobby and named in tribute to the many writers who have stayed at the hotel or had works published paying reference to the hotel. Pen 11.00 to 22.00/23.00 (residents) for beverages & cocktails
