Located on the ground floor, this dining venue has indoor or al-fresco options and serves Middle Eastern and International dishes at breakfast and lunch. In the evening Middle Eastern classics from live cooking stations entertain and delight. Monday-Friday open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open for brunch every Saturday. All day breakfast on Sunday until late afternoon.
Villa Toscana
Inspired by Italy, dishes include hand crafted specialities from Tuscany and Umbria. Open for lunch and dinner.
Azura Panoramic Lounge
Located poolside with views of the Corniche, Azura Panoramic Lounge serves Arabic mezza. Private cabanas during the day moves to evening lounging with a jazz soundtrack. Open every Tuesday to Sunday, from early evening until late night.
Cabana Bar & Grill
Overlooking the beach and sunset expect a relaxed menu of burgers, salad, seafood and ceviche accompanied by international wines, beers and spirits. Open from mid-morning until late evening.
Crystal Lounge
Located on the mezzanine of the grand staircase, the Crystal Lounge is an intimate setting to enjoy Afternoon Tea or a late night cap. Open early morning until midnight.
The St. Regis Bar
The Library, Main Bar and Cigar Lounge make a lively socialising atmosphere and location. Classic bar dishes and signature drinks including the infamous St. Regis Bloody Mary. Open from early evening until late night.
