The restaurant features a "Gus-to-go" take out concept, a Cuban Cigar menu, cocktail bar, extensive wine menu as well as an alfresco terrace.
The Louro
The Louro restaurant offers modern Portuguese cuisine, with delicious fresh food inspired by Portuguese culinary heritage, morning, noon & night either indoors or outside under the pergola with its cosy fireplace. Enjoy the finest local dishes starting in the morning with a la carte or buffet breakfast; indulge in the Chef tender table, which allows guests to enjoy cookery courses and interactive dining experiences or for more intimate parties book the private dining room.
Lago Lounge
The Lago Lounge offers ‘little luxuries’ in a contemporary living room atmosphere and features a selection of Sri Lankan teas, classic cocktails, champagne and patisserie delights which may be enjoyed in the intimacy of the living room or on the extensive terrace overlooking the gardens and pools of the hotel.
Dado
Dado, the South American inspired pool side restaurant features refreshing cocktails and a South American influenced menu, taking in the best dishes of this part of the world. Look out for the 'DaDoQ' for a fun private dining BBQ experience.

Sereno offers luxurious liquid refreshment at the infinity pool, with cocktails and freshly cut fruit. The heated infinity pool with underwater music system, is surrounded by a selection of lounge furniture with sun lounger service.
