Palm Restaurant
Surrounded by Blue Waters’ gardens, The Palm offers al fresco Caribbean dining. One night a week it hosts a barbeque, but for the remainder of the week a rotating à la carte menu is on offer featuring food from around the world prepared at live cooking stations. Open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
The Cove Restaurant
Situated on the cliff top Cove Restaurant combines French and Caribbean cuisines. Open for dinner five nights of the week.
Veronica's
Situated by the main pool, Veronica’s bar is the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner every evening. During the day it is the ideal spot for a refreshment after swimming. Open from late morning until early evening.
Pelican Bar
This bar is of an authentic Carribean style set amongst the lush greenery of the gardens with views of the ocean. It sits adjacent to the tea terrace and lobby, and has a relaxing atmosphere during the day but hosts a steel band at night. Open every evening until late.
The Reef
Overlooking the sea, The Reef serves light lunches including salads, burgers and flat breads five days a week and drinks during the day.
