The Lodge is on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in the Southern Alps. Lake View Dining Room
This elegant dining room features a beamed ceiling and stone fireplace. The a la carte menu changes every evening and offers various taste sensations utilising the finest local meats and in season produce. Award winning New Zealand chefs prepare a five course menu that includes delicacies such as Canterbury Quail, Hawkes Bay Lamb Short Loin, Milford Sound Crayfish, Farm Raised New Zealand Venison, and Char Grilled Mahi Mahi. Dinner is served at individual tables in front of the fire or out on the terrace surrounded by stunning mountain and lake vistas.

Vast couches and antique furniture invite guests to sit and wind-down from the day's activities. In this spectacular room at the heart of the Lodge, 30ft high bridge beam ceilings soar above the framed view through massive windows. Enjoy pre-dinner cocktails from 18.30.
