Main Restaurant
Breakfast, dinner, buffets and set menus are featured alongside local and international wines. Dine indoors, amid the elegant interiors designed by Paris interior decorator Alberto Pinto, or out on the terrace overlooking magnificent views of the hotel gardens.
Esencia
Mediterranean cuisine is given a modern twist. Dishes use fresh, premium quality ingredients and the restaurant offers a weekly menu of four courses.
La Bodega
Local ingredients, such as Canarian cheeses, artisanal smoked salmon from Uga and the traditional Iberian ham “Pata Negra” form the delicious tapas on offer at La Bodega.
Bar Salon
Situated right next to the main restaurant, Bar Odega is reminiscent of the 70s and offers a wide range of cocktails and drinks.
African Bar
Set beside the pool, the African Bar offers a range of refreshing drinks and tasty snacks such as home-made cake, waffles and crepes.
