Man Wah
Yet another Michelin-starred restaurant, serving local and regional Cantonese dishes amid panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. Open for dinner from 18:30 to 22:30.
The Krug Room
A partnership with Krug Champagne, this exclusive venue can seat up to 12 people and pairs fine Champagne with exquisite dishes. Open for individual bookings 19:00 (Tue to Sat).
Café Causette
All-day dining venue home to live kitchens showcasing a range of international dishes. Open for breakfast from 06:30 to 11:30, lunch from 11:30 to 15:00, dinner from 18:00 to 23:00 – all daily.
Clipper Lounge
A favourite amongst hotel guests and Hong Kong locals alike. The afternoon tea is a must-try. Open for breakfast 06:30 to 10:00, brunch from 11:30 to 15:00 (Sun), lunch from 12:00 to 18:00, dinner from 18:30 to 22:00.
M Bar
Enjoy a range of dim sum and light dishes alongside wines and champagne at this bar overlooking the skyline. Open various times throughout the week.
The Chinnery
Offering a warm and inviting atmosphere in which to enjoy British favourites such as fish and chips, bangers and mash, and shepherd’s pie. Open for lunch 11:30 to 15:00 (Mon to Fri), dinner from 18:30 to 23:00 (Mon to Sat).
Captian’s Bar
