Seaside Terrace
Overlooking the ocean and greeted by cool sea breezes, the Seaside Terrace served delicious themed buffet dinners, ranging from beach BBQs on Monday evenings to Jamaican night on Friday, where guests are treated to traditional Jamaican delicacies and an authentic floor show. A la carte dining is also available for lunch, including classic Caesar salad, thin crust pizzas, and Round Hill’s fish ‘n’ chips.
The Grille
Located above the bar and terrace, this rooftop restaurant offers superb panoramic vistas over the ocean, serving authentic, Caribbean fare from a wood-fired grill. The open kitchen allows guests a glimpse of the chefs as they prepare their delicious meals, which the décor includes prints by Jamaican artists, Albert Huie. Specialities include fresh, Caribbean blue crab cakes and the farm-to-table Chigwell Farm Jerk chicken.
