Darley's Restaurant
Darley’s Restaurant features views across the English gardens, with the imposing image of the Jaminson Valley completing the impressive scenery. This fine dining restaurant uses only fresh local produce with fine wines and modern Aussie cuisine. Open 18:00 – 22:00 Tuesday to Saturday. A minimum 3 course dinner applies on Saturday nights.
The Orangery
The Orangey is the perfect breakfast location for guests who require a sophisticated waking up experience. The eatery is renowned as one of the best in the region, and has its own juice station and a range of hot and cold dishes. Open 07:00 – 10:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00 – 10:30 Saturday to Sunday.
The Lounge
Enjoy a sharing platter and luxury high tea at The Lounge, an ideal location for socialising and catching up with friends. This casual setting features plush Victorian armchairs and two fire places. Try the extensive wine list and cocktail options. All day dining is 11:00 – 22:00, while the Lounge Bar is open 11:00 – 23:00.
