Unique Dining Experiences
Gili Wine & Dine experiences take place in unique locations around the island. The culinary team will create dishes suitable to dietary requirements and personal favourites. Locations: Underground Wine cellar, Organic gardens & Under the Stars.
Kashiveli
Four evenings a week the restaurant is transformed into a buzzing market experience with Asian Street Market, Mediterranean Spice Souk, Passage to India and Maldivian Seafood Grill. Situated on the beach and open for breakfast and dinner.
Overwater Bar & Grill
Situated on stilts in the lagoon the Overwater Bar serves Mediterranean food, catch of the day and salads. On Wednesdays there is a Seafood Grill with fish straight from the local fisherman. Open for lunch and dinner and for snacks and cocktails throughout the day.
The Wine Cellar
A stunning softly-lit glass staircase leads to this intriguing, satin soft walled gourmet cellar with recessed freeform wine racks displaying more than 300 labels. Wine tasting and wine dinners are hosted by the sommelier and fleeces and hot water bottles are available to keep guests toasty in this un-tropical chilled environment. There is also an opportunity to sample handmade chocolates, artisan cheeses and cold cuts from the deli room
By the Sea
Situated in the jungle gardens By the Sea serves Japanese feasts, sushi and sashimi alongside an extensive Sake list. Open for dinner.
