‘Crown Towers’ location on the Southbank is an advantageous position from which to explore the city of Melbourne. There are many exhibition centres, famous arts and sporting facilities dotted around nearby the hotel, as well as a wealth of shopping and eating opportunities.’

Crown Towers is located on Melbourne’s Yarra River at Southbank. As well as being only a short stroll in to the central business district of Melbourne, the hotel is also conveniently close to Melbourne Airport.

The Atlantic
A popular destination for parties and private group dining experiences, The Atlantic has a waterfront location that boasts a hearty selection of international dishes. Open 12:00 – 15:00 for lunch and 18:00 – 23:00 for dinner.
Bistro Guillaume
Inspired by typical French culture and the environment of bistros native to France, the Bistro Guillaume has an extensive outdoor terrace and a private welcome dining area. Open 12:00 – late.
Conservatory
Split in to a variety of different culinary stations, the Conservatory offers a unique dining experience that consists of seafood, sushi and Asian fare. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Gradi
This classic Italian eatery brings the flavour of Naples with delicious Italian pizza, pasta and seafood. Open for lunch and dinner Monday – Sunday 11:30 – midnight.
Café Baci
Having been recently refurbished, Café Baci is reopened with stunning new décor and also renovated as a dine-in restaurant that offers Italian pizzas, pasta, risotto and mains in a casual setting.
Cervo
A place to meet and try the many traditional Italian drinks. Open 08:00 – late.
Koko
A multi-award winning restaurant, Koko is a traditional Japanese restaurant that revels in authentic far eastern architecture and a five star service. Open 12:00 – 14:30 for lunch and 18:00 – 22:00 for dinner.
Mr Hive Kitchen and Bar
Serving French inspired, modern cuisines and an unusual yet tasty palette of signature dishes such as duck egg and sourdough soldiers, roasted Canadian scallops on cauliflower puree with toasted wild rice and spice and saltbush lamb belly served with peas and mint. If this is to your liking then the restaurant is open for breakfast Monday to Sunday 06:30 – 10:30 and dinner, 06:30 – 23:00.
Nobu
The world’s most recognised Japanese restaurant is known for its innovative and contemporary dishes and décor. Open for lunch 12:00 – 14:30 Monday to Thursday, dinner 18:00 – 22:30 Sunday to Thursday.
No. 8 by John Lawson
Manned by Executive Chef John Lawson, No. 8 is a whirlwind of succulent flavours a bespoke selection of locally farmed produce. The wine here is also excellent and small wine dinners and other speciality events can be organised here. Open 12:00 – 15:00 for lunch and 18:00 – 22:00 for dinner.
Rockpool Bar & Grill
Rockpool Bar & Grill is a grand steakhouse with a dramatic open kitchen and wood fire grill. Lunch 12:00 – 15:00 Sunday to Friday, dinner 18:00 – 23:00.
Rosetta Ristorante
Sophisticated and elegant, Rosetta Ristorante serves Italian fare in an Iain Halliday designed dining room with wood fired dishes. Open for lunch 12:00 – 15:00 Tuesday to Sunday and dinner 18:00 – 23:00.
Silks
If you are a fan of traditional Chinese cuisine, Silks is definitely the place for you. Complete with a new menu that includes Sichuan, Cantonese and Shanghainese additions. Open 12:00 – 14:30 for lunch and dinner 18:00 – 22:00.
Spice Temple
A more modern approach to Chinese cuisine, Neil Perry’s Chinese restaurant is focused primarily on regional fare. Open Thursday to Sunday 12:00 – 15:00 for lunch and 18:00 – 23:00 for dinner on all days.
Emporio Pizza & Pasta
Authentic Italian cuisine offering culinary and visual delights. You will adore the wood-fired pizzas, steak and seafood which are bursting with flavour. Open Monday to Thursday for dinner 17:00 – 23:00, Friday 12:00 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 23:00 and 12:00 – 23:30.
Gochi
Located on the ground floor, Gochi specialises in smaller dishes in a relaxed setting. Open daily from 12:00.
Jimbo & Rex
Traditional pub fare and casual, friendly environment for pre or post dinner drinks. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
Lucky Chan
A full a la carte menu awaits at this traditional Shanghainese mansion of the 1920s period. Lucky Chan offers guests authentic Cantonese cuisine such as Dim Sum. Open for lunch and dinner daily.
Man Tong Kitchen
A unique culinary experience for lovers of authentic Chinese food, the term Man Tong, actually means full house in Chinese. The idea is that Man Tong Kitchen is the ideal place for groups of close friends and family to enjoy themselves and feast together on tasty dishes. Open 11:30 – 15:00 for lunch Monday to Sunday and 18:00 – 23:00 for dinner.
Margo's
The perfect place to enjoy a meal and a snack, Margo’s features a restaurant, bar and café with over 80 different menu options with great value for money. Restaurant and bar are open daily.
The Merrywell Restaurant & Bar
