Rock Lodge is perched on the summit of a koppie and is situated in the western sector of the Sabi Sand Reserve. Close by you can find the following attractions:

Dining
Meals are generally social occasions at Rock Lodge and can be served under the stars, in the Boma, in the dining room or on the deck. Cuisine is pan-African, created by a team of chefs. Fresh pastries and breads are also baked and served daily. Children and special occasions can be catered for, as can special diets.
Private Meals
For those truly special occasions, a private meal can be catered for in a choice of locations.

Game Drives
Guests can look forward to a twice daily game drive over 13,500 hectares of African savannah. Guests will accompany a trained ranger in an open Land Rover as they spot African game and birds. The big 5 are the main draw to most safaris and these animals roam the plains around Rock Lodge. They include:
• Lion
• Elephant
• Buffalo
• Leopard
• Rhino
Also available at Rock Lodge is a daily walking safari to see the vegetation and smaller creatures of Africa. Guests are accompanied on this by an expert tracker and field guide.
Families
Rock Lodge welcomes families with children and provides a number of facilities for them.
Cub’s Club
For children up to the age of 11. Cub’s Club offers a range of activities and games tailored to each child or group. The club offers complimentary babysitting as well as food tailored to children’s tastes.
Activities that children can engage in at Rock Lodge include kid’s game drives, children’s spa treatments and they will also be given a Cub’s Club Backpack filled with goodies.
