Inspired by the days when St Kitts was known as ‘Sugar City’, The Mill Bar is situated within a traditional West Indian Sugar Mill. Dedicated mixologists are focussed on creating exotic cocktails entirely created from fruit and herbs found in the sustainable resort, for an exciting yet casual drinking experience.
Arthur's
Enjoy oceanfront dining on the black sand beach in Dieppe Bay, just 10 minutes’ drive from the resort. Arthur’s menu is entirely created from farm produce, incorporating fresh seafood and organic vegetables. Open seasonally.
The Farm
In the heart of the Kittian Hill farm and surrounded by herbs, vegetables and fruit crops, this farm-to-table dining experience is a unique, al fresco option perfect for a celebration or communal gathering. Family platters are served with roasted carrots and garden greens, while accompanying mains may include papaya lamb stew or braised chicken roulade. Catch the spectacular sunsets from the table if you dine earlier! Open seasonally.
