Montpelier Plantation and Beach is situated in the south of Nevis and may be reached by 20-minute flight from Antigua, a 45-minute ferry or 25-minute private speedboat may also be organised from St Kitts.

Restaurant 750
Drinks and canapés are served in relaxing comfort, before dining on the terrace with captivating views of Charlestown Nevis and nearby St. Kitts. The light, modern cuisine of Montpelier has been perfected through the use of local ingredients, herbs and spices to create a varied menu that includes vegetarian and other dietary options. To accompany your meal the Nevis Restaurant 750 sommelier takes great pride in wine pairing and is always in search of unique and rare wines and for new ideas to marry food and wine. After dinner, enjoy a coffee or aged rum.
Mill Privée
The 300 year-old sugar mill is converted into the only restaurant of its kind in the world. The original mill is completely intact and the well-trodden floor and hand-cut round stonewall is an attraction in itself. After admiring the surroundings guests may sample tasting dinners with wine pairing carefully chosen by the sommelier with an atmosphere made for romance.
Indigo
Indigo embodies chilled island dining serving casual lunches of delicious salads, sandwiches, fresh fruits, and refreshing drinks whilst by night, still in relaxed mode guests are treated to sharing platters, molecular cocktails, fine wine and Champagne. The lounge bar is an ideal choice for an aperitifs, post dinner dessert or late night tipple. Whatever your choice you will be treated to the finest cuisine of Restaurant 750 but in a more laid-back environment.
