Sparkling Hill is surrounded by 188 acres of natural beauty. It sits high on a ridge with awe-inspiring views of the azure waters of Lake Okanagan and the stunning Monashee and Pinnacle Mountains. Activities are year round and include, hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, golf and wine tasting. The resort is served by Vancouver International Airport which is 4 and a half hours away.

In Europe ‘piekfein’ is a term used to describe the best, perfection or something that is ‘top-notch’. The resort has adopted this fitting term with their own Okanagan twist ‘Peak’ because of the physical geographic setting and ‘fine’ because they offer the freshest and finest products that the Okanagan Valley has to offer. The mood of PeakFine is set the moment you enter – an iridescence from crystals infused everywhere, the fireplace, chairs and overhead lighting, providing a luminous luxury that is palpable. Opens for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Share a cup of java savoured with freshly bakes pastries whilst gazing out at the morning light playing on sparkling Lake Okanagan. At twilight linger longer over light menu items. Opens daily from 09.00.
