Who Owns Jumeirah Hotels?

Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts are owned by the Jumeirah Group, created in 1997. The Jumeirah Group has been a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum's personal corporate portfolio, since 2004.

What’s Next for Jumeirah?

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is set to open in the second half of 2024. Adopting a seafaring design, like the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the sailboat-style structure of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, this new property has been designed to look like a futuristic superyacht. It will sit on the peninsula of Dubai’s largest private beach.

Jumeirah The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, is currently under construction, and is also scheduled to open this year.
