Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by Destinology, a trading name of Destinology Ltd, a Brooklyn Travel Limited company, located at 42-44 High Street, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 1BL, United Kingdom. Registered in England and Wales under company number 04293908.

2. Entry Method: To enter the prize draw for a chance to WIN £1,000 voucher to spend at Destinology, participants must complete the quiz/form. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

3. Prize Draw Period: The entry period begins at 00:00 on Monday, 23 December 2024, and closes at 23:59 on Friday, 10 January 2025. Entries received after this period will not be eligible.

4. Eligibility: Entrants must be:
   o Aged 18 or over.
   o A resident of the United Kingdom.
   o Eligible to travel at the time of the holiday booking.
   Employees, agents, or representatives of Destinology Ltd, the Brooklyn Travel Group, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

5. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the prize draw, participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Prize: The prize is a £1,000 Voucher to use with Destinology. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. Holiday booking conditions apply.
   o Voucher must be used against any Destinology Holiday, Destinology Tailor-Made Holiday or Destinology Luxury Cruise* booking conditions apply.
   o The total value of the voucher must be used on one booking, any unused amount will be forfeited
   o Voucher expires: 23:59 on 10 January 2026

7. Promotion Extension: Destinology reserves the right to extend or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Data Protection: Personal data provided by entrants will be used for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with Destinology’s privacy policy.

9. General Conditions: Destinology reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Destinology reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

Terms & Conditions

How to Enter: To enter the prize draw for a chance to WIN a 7-night cruise with Explora Journeys, participants must manually submit the entry form - where no purchase will be required to enter - or all Destinology holiday bookings made during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. By booking during this promotional period, customers consent to automatic entry and processing of their data for competition purposes.
4. Promotion Period: The competition opens at 00:00 on 01 January 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 21 January 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
5. Eligibility: To enter, participants must:
   o Be aged 18 or over.
   o Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
   o Be eligible to travel.
   Employees, agents, or representatives of Destinology Ltd, the Brooklyn Travel Group, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be detected by email and address checks and may be disqualified.
7. Acceptance of Terms: By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
8. Prize: The prize consists of:
   o A 7-night cruise with Explora Journeys, departing from Athens to Venice, with flights from the UK included.
   o The cruise is scheduled to begin on 29 August 2025. No flexibility is available on the travel dates.
   The prize does not include travel insurance, or any other items or expenses not specifically mentioned in the prize description. All additional costs, including but not limited to personal expenses, Pre and post Cruise stays, shore excursions, and upgrades, will be the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions.
9. Travel Responsibilities: The winner and their travel companions are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, necessary visas, adequate travel insurance, and comply with all other relevant travel requirements and Terms & Conditions.
10. Non-transferability and Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided. The prize cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed for cash. The winner must be the lead passenger on any trip redeemed with the prize.
11. Prize Substitution: Destinology reserves the right to amend or substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control prevent the awarding of the original prize.
12. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random no later than 7 days after the prize draw closes. Winners will be notified by phone, email and post. Failure to respond to the prize notification within 14 days may result in the prize being withdrawn, and another winner may be selected at Destinology’s discretion. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to the use of their name for publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media channels and marketing materials. Winners will be asked to provide photographs and videos during their prize-winning trip, as well as answer a Q&A, which may be used online and on social media platforms.

15. General Conditions: Destinology reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate the competition without prior notice.

XMAS card

1. No alternative amount will be offered. 2. Not redeemable against price match bookings. 3. Not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other prize, discount or promotion. 4. Redeemable against new package holiday bookings with Destinology only, with a minimum spend of £5,000 and include at least a flight and hotel. 5. Only one £200 discount permitted per booking. 6. Must be redeemed by 10 January 2025. 7. Holiday booking conditions apply. 8. Cannot be transferred to another person or assign or transfer any other rights or obligations in connection with these terms and conditions. 9. Destinology reserves the right to remove the offer at any time without notice. 10. There is no cash alternative, and the discount cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, auctioned, or in any way traded. 11. Must be used by 13.01.25

3. Up to 60% off saving is applicable to selected marked hotels. Each sale offer is subject to its own Terms and Conditions from the hotel including book by and travel dates, which will be displayed along with the offer. Sale is scheduled to end 31st January 2025.    Complimentary Experiences with our Tailor-Made Holidays
4. Those who book a Tailor Made Holiday with Destinology by 17/01/2025 will have the option to add on one experience to their itinerary free of charge, up to the value of £125pp. For the avoidence of doubt, a Tailor-Made Holiday consists of an itinerary to any of the following destinations; Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore, Japan, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar, Morocco, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, India, Philippines. The promotion is only applicable to bookings with a minimum spend of £5,000. Destinology reserves the right to retract or extend this offer at any time.
